Director, Management Advisor

Deb Lee has focused on sales and sales operations throughout her 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. At TGaS Advisors Deb works with the Sales Operations Practice to help clients manage their sales-related functions, structures, processes and more. An experienced team and project leader, her career spans small, mid-tier and large pharma as well as contract sales. Before joining TGaS Advisors, Deb held positions as senior director of Business Development at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions and Sales Management at Wyeth (now Pfizer). While at Wyeth, she led various teams for testing and implementation of new technology and business processes to support Wyeth’s multiple field sales forces. Deb began her career at the DuPont Pharmaceutical Company, where she first transitioned from sales into Sales Operations. Deb holds a BA in Economics from Elon University.
