Goins brings more than 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in positions in sales, sales management and training and development. Most recently Executive Director, Sales Training & Management Development for Pfizer (formerly Wyeth Pharmaceuticals), Goins led learning and development for the U.S. Commercial Organization.
During his tenure, Training Magazine named Wyeth a Top 10 company for four consecutive years, and Wyeth was inducted into the magazine’s Top 125 Hall of Fame in 2010. Goins also headed Career Development for Janssen Pharmaceutica (now Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.), a member of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies.
Goins is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and is a Penn State Smeal College of Business Certified Executive Coach.
