Dr. Gayle Shaw-Hones leads the Training and Development team by identifying performance-based needs and utilizing our data collection methodology to deliver performance assessment and improvement solutions. She manages multiple pharmaceutical accounts advising Sales Training and Management Development Executives.

Gayle joined TGaS Advisors in March of 2011 and has played a key role in viewing offerings through not only a training lens but also a performance-based lens and has taught clients to do the same. Previously, she held leadership roles at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in Sales Training, Change Management, Sales Operations and Medical Affairs and has over 13 years in training, development, instructional design and human performance improvement. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing as well as her Masters of Science in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University. She also earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Technology and Leadership from Drexel University.
