TGaS Advisor’s Mini-Benchmark: The Future of Commercial Compliance
TGaS Advisors attended the 10th Annual Pharmaceutical Regulatory and Compliance Congress and Best Practices Forum held in Washington, D.C on November 11-13 2009.
During this meeting, TGaS Advisors conducted a confidential mini benchmark around the area of Speaker Programs, Anti-Kickback and Message Auditing. This survey-based benchmark was done to better understand the future of Commercial Compliance.

DDMAC Public Hearing: Promotion of FDA-Regulated Medical Products Using the Internet and Social Media Tools.
TGaS Advisors brought together digital marketing executives at GlaxoSmithKline, Novo Nordisk, Ortho-McNeil Janssen, Sanofi-aventis, Shire, Takeda and other companies to develop consensus on key aspects of FDA Guidelines on social media. Their conclusions, together with benchmark information gathered from 62 brands across 18 companies, were presented at the DDMAC hearings on Friday, November 13, by Donna Wray, who heads the Internet and Relationship Marketing Practice at TGaS Advisors.
