Executive Director, Management Advisor
Curt Staab is Management Advisor within the Sales Advisory Practice. In this role, Staab works directly with clients on existing initiatives and also contributes to the development of new services to help pharmaceutical companies improve their commercial operations.
A veteran of the pharmaceutical industry, Staab spent 18 years at Merck where he acquired a diverse and cross-functional background as he assumed positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently at Merck, Staab served as Senior Director, Sales Information & Incentive Compensation. In that position, he directed a department of 20 professionals supporting more than 20 sales forces and 7,000 field-based employees.
Staab earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas.
