Executive Director, Management Advisor
James Castello is Director, Management Advisor, in the Sales Operations Practice, and is instrumental in providing innovative benchmark services to the company’s pharmaceutical clients.
Castello has a background in a broad range of business settings. He came to TGaS Advisors from Synygy Inc., a market leader in enterprise incentive management applications software and services. Prior to his departure from Synygy, Castello held the position of Managing Director in the client operations group with sales, operations and customer responsibility for 20% of the company’s U.S. operations.
Prior to his years at Synygy, Castello held senior posts in high-level companies in other sectors.
Castello holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Penn. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the same institution.
