Summary
The Annual State of Commercial Operations report is designed to provide TGaS® Advisors clients an industry wide landscape of the current operations and future trends in commercial operations. The focus is on operational support areas as well as providing new perspectives for clients on trends in the commercial functions. TGaS Advisors will not only provide insights and observations on macro operation’s trends, but will also be cognizant of not introducing ‘new’ materials or ‘bold’ predictions which may create issues for clients.
Background
Our clients operate in a fast paced business environment where it has become increasingly difficult, and sometimes ‘impossible’, to maintain an up to date outside perspective. In our role as an Advisor to our Clients, TGaS Advisors feels that we can continue to be a resource that assists our clients with an outside-in perspective, shaped by benchmark facts.
