Senior Vice President, Management Advisor
Gary McWalters has an extensive background in advertising, marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical industry. McWalters is responsible for leading the Marketing, Marketing Sciences and Digital & Relationship Marketing Practices.
Prior to joining TGaS Advisors, McWalters was with Abbott Laboratories serving as Director of Respiratory Commercial Development. While at Abbott, he established and led a respiratory team supporting products to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Earlier in his career, McWalters held senior marketing positions at Kos Pharmaceuticals and Schering-Plough Corporation. During part of the 10 years McWalters spent with Schering-Plough, he was a member of the field force and field sales leadership team. He mentored new sales managers and developed guidelines for district expectations that were adopted elsewhere in the regional sales operation.
McWalters holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising degree from the School of Communications at Temple University, Philadelphia, Penn.
