TGaS Advisors Appoints Boucher to New Analytics, Outreach Position

East Norriton, Penn., July 7, 2007 — TGaS® Advisors announced the appointment of Kevin Boucher to the newly created post of Director of Analytics and Outreach, expanding its team of specialists in collaborative benchmarking for Commercial Operations in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. Boucher will lead the analysis of the company’s benchmark projects and help develop insights for clients based on the results. In addition, he will be responsible for TGaS Advisors’ client outreach, including TGaS Forums, where clients share information and concerns confidentially; “Virtual Hows,” a client network service for queries on specific issues; and quarterly surveys on areas of concern to Commercial Operations.

Boucher will support TGaS Advisors’ PHARMASTANCE® family of benchmarks, which provide confidential, blinded data to participating companies. Benchmark areas include Sales Operations Practices (SOPs), Specialty Sales Operations Practices (SSOPs), Internet Marketing Operations Practices (iMOPs), Marketing Operations Practices (MOPs), Marketing Sciences Operations Practices (MSOPs), District Manager Operations Practices (DMOPs), Managed Markets Operations Practices (MMOPs) and the company’s newest benchmark, Compliance Operations Practices (COPs).

Prior to joining TGaS, Boucher held a number of management positions supporting Commercial Operations for the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently executive director of Business Development for Health Products Research, Boucher was also with IMS Health, where he served as Marketing Director in New Product Development. His work spanned a wide range of areas, from R&D to commercialization of IMS data warehouse products. In addition, Boucher served Sales & Marketing Operations executives on the international side through posts with RM Consulting International and Areks, where he was a Partner. Boucher received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Wesleyan University and his MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He is a resident of Summit, N.J.
