TGaS Advisors Hires Jeff Wojcik and Donna Wray

Ambler, Penn., May 15, 2007 — TGaS^® Advisors announced it has expanded its team of specialists in collaborative, peer-set benchmarking for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical commercial operations, naming Jeff Wojcik as vice president and Donna Wray as management advisor. Wojcik works closely with several of the firm’s PHARMASTANCE^® family of benchmarks, including Sales Operations Practices (SOPs) and Specialty Sales Operations Practices (SSOPs), while Wray spearheads the Internet Marketing Operations Practices (iMOPs) benchmarks.

PHARMASTANCE benchmarks, which provide confidential, blinded data to participating companies, also include Marketing Operations Practices (MOPs), Marketing Sciences Operations Practices (MSOPs), District Manager Operations Practices (DMOPs) and Managed Markets Operations Practices (MMOPs).

Wojcik, with more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, has held positions with IMS Health, a leading healthcare information provider, as well as with Shire Pharmaceuticals and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He has published numerous articles and delivered presentations at industry forums, including the Pharma Force 2006 and, most recently, the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA) Annual Conference. A resident of Audubon, Penn., Wojcik graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ, with a BS in computer science and biology.

Prior to joining TGaS, Wray created and led an analytics practice serving 30 brands across 10 pharmaceutical companies for an Internet marketing agency. Before that, she was at another Internet marketing agency and at the former SmithKline Beecham, both in the United States and Europe. Wray has published various articles and participated in industry conferences. She received a BA in experimental psychology from Bryn Mawr College, Bryn Mawr, Penn., and an MS in computer science from Villanova University, Villanova, Penn. Wray resides in Elkins Park, Penn.
