Manager, Marketing and Business Development

Carolyn Subers, Manager of Marketing and Business Development, TGaS® Advisors, has acquired extensive pharmaceutical product knowledge and has a history of sales success. Subers is responsible for developing and maintaining a dynamic Internet presence for TGaS and supporting marketing initiatives related to the firm’s PHARMASTANCE® family of operational benchmarks. She also has an integral role in all aspects of new business development.

Prior to joining TGaS Advisors, Subers was with IMS Health for more than seven years where she gained experience in various aspects of the pharmaceutical business, holding positions of increasing responsibility. While serving as senior marketing segment manager, managed care services, Subers developed and sold IMS managed care consulting services and syndicated product offerings across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology segments. In a prior position at IMS, Subers was senior account manager, special sales force. She has worked with pharmaceutical clients including Merck, Wyeth, Schering-Plough, Glaxo-Smithkline, Abbott, Aventis, Johnson & Johnson and others. \

Earlier in her career, Subers served in sales and training capacities at Burroughs Wellcome and achieved the position of regional account manger. While at Burroughs Welcome, she worked with clients including Prudential, Blue Cross, Blue Cross of Rochester, Aetna and others. Subers holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
