Alkermes - Associate, Digital Campaign Execution

The Associate, Digital Campaign Execution will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of our Marketo application. Working in conjunction with brand teams and their agency partners, this person will assist the operational lead for data segmenting/collection, list segmentation, email campaign execution, landing page creation, optimization, testing, and deployment within Marketo. This role will report directly to the Associate Director, Digital. As an active and involved member of the Marketing Operations team, they will continuously champion and advance the use of marketing automation and centralization within Alkermes. This position requires strong analytics, operational skills, a collaborative mind set, and great attention to detail.

KEY DUTIES

  • Assist in the day-to-day relationship with Marketo, identifying, escalating and closing support reports
  • Assist in work with the brand teams to design, develop and implement their programs within Marketo
  • Assist in the creation of Marketing Campaigns for the brand teams
  • Curate and organize Marketo Assets and Templates
  • Analyze and make recommendations to improve the existing lead scoring model and implement approved changes
  • Work to increase lead acquisition and bring the organizations messages to new audiences
  • Troubleshoot and prioritize issues with the lead management process and integration with marketing automation platforms
  • Build and maintain smart lists
  • Assist in managing campaign reporting marketing KPI's to measure campaign performance
  • Assist in creation and deployment of brand website pages.
  • Assist with other digital marketing initiatives as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field of study preferred (or in progress)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation execution (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot or Silverpop)
  • Experience with Marketo preferred
  • Experience working within Content Management Systems (Kentico, SiteCore, Adobe Experience Manager)
  • CSS, HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript experience a plus!
  • Demonstrate business analytic skills with the ability to extract insights from data
  • Understanding of the campaign management process, attribution and measure and marketing funnel management
  • Comfortable working autonomously and self-motivated to drive campaign performance
